We provide assessments, advocacy and monitoring by trained and culturally qualified personnel. We assist individual whānau members, Kaumātua (elderly) – koroua and kuia, pākeke (adults), rangatahi (youth), tamariki, mokopuna who present with any health and social issues.

Whānau Ora services we offer include:

  • Health promotion and education to whānau
  • Access to mainstream services, health and welfare
  • Access to a range of health and promotion activities, including fitness and mobility, diabetes, breast and cervical screening, asthma, nutrition
  • Advocacy – should support be required with i.e. GP, WINZ, specialists
  • Regular monitoring of healthcare needs and services provided
  • Access to monthly nurse led clinics on site at 4 Te Kaponga street Judea
    we also coordinate home visits with nurse (arranged by appointment)

The Whānau Ora service is available weekly Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
