Our Training & Employment Programme is here to support you onto the right training and employment pathway — one that leads to a career you’ll enjoy and feel proud of.
You’ll have the opportunity to study and work toward a New Zealand Qualification, along with any short courses that may help you along the way. When you complete your training, we’ll support you into employment, an apprenticeship, or further study. You’ll also receive ongoing pastoral care and guidance throughout your journey.
This programme is open to all rangatahi aged 15 – 24 years.

Te Mahi ā Nuku – Nurture the whenua, grow your future
Exciting training and employment opportunities are coming up with Te Mahi ā Nuku—a hapū-led plant nursery and training facility. Develop hands-on skills and gain valuable experience working with the taiao (environment), guided by an Ao Māori lens that honours tikanga and the maramataka.
